About the Project

This beautiful 6,000-square-foot Brant Lake home is considered the “new” main house for family gatherings while maintaining the architectural history of the other existing structures. Included is a timber-framed great room, A hybrid truss, and a stick-framed roof structure crafted of Douglas Fir timber spanning the ceiling, employing both traditional joineries and exposed bolted connections. The chimney includes quarried granite, the house’s exterior base, and white-painted cedar clapboard siding.
