About the Project

This light-filled, family-friendly home is nestled in the woods with details inspired by the Adirondacks. The welcoming two-story foyer features a unique detailed iron-spindled staircase. The first floor includes a cheery and bright study, a large laundry room, and a walk-in pantry outfitted with California closets. The spacious kitchen shines with quartz countertops, an oversized island, and a beveled subway tile backsplash. Oversized refrigerator and freezer, double wall ovens, and a beverage center are some of the appliance highlights. The ample dining space opens to the great room with a Cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, and exposed beams. Off the great room is a covered porch with a Douglas fir ceiling and timber details that are carried throughout the exterior. Rounding out the first level is the primary suite with a Cathedral ceiling in the bedroom, two large walk-in California closets, a custom tile shower with glass enclosure, and a bench seat in the bath. Four generously sized bedrooms with walk-in California closets make out the second level, accompanied by two full baths and a loft play area.

“After our first meeting with Bonacio Construction, we instantly felt like we had come to the right place for our new beginning. The amount of customization included in our package was above and beyond anything we had anticipated. While I was worried that what seemed like endless decisions to be made would be overwhelming, working with our selections coordinator Mary Riddervold was such a pleasure! Always prepared and ready to lend an opinion with her experienced eye, she made the process so much easier and truly enjoyable. We were equally impressed with our project manager, Ryan Dennis. Always responsive and proactive, Ryan’s ability to keep the project moving and on track was exemplary. We enjoyed working with the team at Bonacio Construction and would highly recommend them!”
